Businesses forged, not managed.
Herrejón — from the Spanish hierro: iron. The forge is in the name. Herrejon & Co. brings operator-built systems to owners who intend to win: the deal work, the financial forensics, the operating discipline, and the technology — every framework proven first inside the founder’s own companies, with his own money on the line.
Five places we take the hammer to it
Every practice below exists because the founder needed it in his own companies first — built it, ran it, and paid the price when it was wrong. Now it works for clients.
Transactions & Exit
Buy-side and sell-side consulting for owners with real money moving: due diligence, valuation, and getting a business diligence-ready before a buyer’s accountant finds the gaps first.
- Acquisition due diligence — the client book verified line by line against source payment records
- Valuation & deal modeling — buyer-ceiling and negotiating-floor views, built on verified profit, never revenue multiples alone
- Exit readiness — SDE normalization, diligence-gap closure, and the specific moves that raise the multiple
- Revenue-quality & retention analysis — how sticky the book really is, priced into the deal
Financial Forensics
For owners whose books, CRM, and bank accounts don’t agree — which is most owners. We rebuild the real profit picture from raw data and find the revenue falling through the cracks.
- P&L reconstruction — audit-grade financials built from timesheets, CRM exports, and bank records
- Revenue leak & payment reconciliation across Zelle, checks, cash, platforms, and barter
- Job-level labor costing — what every job, client, and service type actually costs, drive time included
- Client portfolio scoring — who subsidizes whom; keep, reprice, or cut, with the numbers attached
Operations & Growth
Capacity math, constraint planning, and sales systems that survive contact with a real season.
- Revenue-ceiling & capacity modeling
- Payroll-leak audits & role design
- Sales systems — ICP scoring to 60-second quotes
- Recurring-revenue & pricing architecture
Data & AI Systems
Business intelligence a small company owns — not rented dashboards that lie to you.
- Owned data infrastructure & KPI warehouses
- CRM forensics, cleanup & migration readiness
- AI-assisted operations & automation
- Vendor continuity & ownership audits
AI-Era Visibility
How Google and AI engines actually see a business — audited, scored, and fixed to spec.
- SEO / AEO / GEO website audits
- Competitive market intelligence, scored
- Build standards & brand governance
- Owner’s-rep developer management
Old trade. New material.
A smith draws the metal out before shaping it. Every engagement starts in writing: deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee — drawn out before work begins. No meters running.
Work proceeds under a signed services agreement with acceptance defined up front. Senior hands on every engagement — the founder does the work, and you’re never handed off.
Tempering is what lets steel keep its edge under stress. Verification passes, operating cadence, and maintenance keep the result hard long after delivery.
For clients and partners: all services are provided under a written Master Client Services Agreement, scoped per engagement. Consulting and technology services are billed by invoice — typically a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery, or monthly for ongoing arrangements. Digital and professional services only; no physical goods are sold.
Built it before selling it
Phillip Herrejon didn’t learn business in a classroom — he learned it meeting payroll. As the founder of Holiday Prestige and All Season Property Services, he built multi-crew field operations from the ground up in one of the most competitive home-service markets in the country: over 1,000 installations delivered, multi-year contracts engineered into an 85% renewal book, and an AI-integrated intelligence system watching company performance in real time.
Then he did the work most owners never do. He rebuilt three years of his own financials from raw data. He valued his own company the way an acquirer would — and fixed the gaps a buyer’s accountant would have used against him. He analyzed more than 220 websites to write the build standard his own sites are held to. He led due diligence on a live competitor acquisition, verifying the book line by line before a dollar moved.
Herrejon & Co. sells that toolkit. Not frameworks read about — systems survived. Every deliverable is one the founder would accept in his own companies, because that’s where every one of them came from.
A career consultant tests frameworks on clients. He tested his on his own money.

Bring us the thing that isn’t working
One conversation. Then a written proposal, a fixed price, and a start date — or a straight answer that we’re not the right fit. We are not the cheapest option. We’re the one that was built to win.
